Draken is seeking an experienced Principal EW Systems Engineer to join our Chief Technology Office and play a key role in the development of cutting‑edge Electronic Warfare (EW) and mission systems that support our Integrated Adversary Air Training services.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled engineer to lead the design, development, integration and testing of advanced airborne and ground‑based EW systems. Working as part of an Integrated Delivery Team (IDT), you will provide technical leadership on innovative projects that support both internal programmes and customer requirements.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across Flight Operations, EW Operations, Part 21G and Part 145 organisations, ensuring mission systems are delivered safely, effectively and to the highest engineering standards.
You are an experienced systems engineer with a strong background in Electronic Warfare and a passion for developing innovative defence solutions. You are equally comfortable leading technical activities, engaging with stakeholders and solving complex engineering challenges.
