JPMorganChase seeks a Principal Software Engineer to own the technical direction of an enterprise automation platform, spanning Windows, Linux, and network devices. You will design reusable automation patterns and lead execution across a regulated environment, partnering with engineering, operations, and risk stakeholders to deliver secure, auditable changes.

You will implement Ansible-based automation, build CI/CD with Jenkins, and drive observability, security, and resilience while guiding

Competenze

Demonstrated software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Senior or principal engineer with architecture decisions and delivery accountability.
Hands-on experience building and operating enterprise automation and orchestration solutions; Ansible experience required.
Experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform in production environments.
Designing platforms with strong reliability, monitoring, incident response readiness, and runbooks.
Automated build, test, and deployment workflows using Jenkins.
Windows and Linux administration knowledge relevant to remote automation.
Experience with enterprise authentication methods (SSH and WinRM).
Secure engineering practices in regulated environments.
Leading adoption of AI-assisted engineering with human validation and measurable outcomes.
