- Security-by-design practices and secure automation patterns.
- Experience in regulated environments is a plus.

- Own the engineering and day-to-day reliability of an enterprise automation platform.
- Define platform architecture, standards, and reusable patterns.
- Build automation capabilities using Ansible and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
- Implement controlled release practices with Jenkins for repeatable changes.
- Improve observability with monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Embed security-by-design into automation workflows.
