Qualifications

• Significant experience in vehicle engineering, crash performance, and vehicle damage assessment.
• Ability to interpret CAD data, drawings and wiring diagrams for analysis.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences; stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the approach to understanding, assessing and quantifying vehicle damage risk.
• Define metrics and assessment frameworks for consistent damage performance evaluation.
• Translate damage-risk insights into insurance implications.
• Act as external technical authority representing the organisation with insurers, manufacturers and industry bodies.
• Collaborate with safety, repair, data, operations, product and marketing teams.
• Support development of scalable damageability methods, risk insights, models and services.
