Job summary

My Confidential Challenger Banking Client in London is seeking Principal Engineers to build greenfield AI-native digital banking products, using the latest AI tech to ship quickly.

Role leads a squad of 8-10 engineers with ownership of end-to-end delivery of technical products.Hybrid with 2 office days per week, based in London, offering up to £150,000 base plus 20% bonus and a double-matched pension.

Qualifications

• Experience leading as principal, staff level or tech lead.
• End-to-end delivery ownership of technical products.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Azure, Kafka, React/TypeScript, React Native; AI tools a plus.
• Experience with APIs, Microservices, Event Driven Architecture.

Responsibilities
