Qualifications

• Experience using IES VE for dynamic thermal simulation.
• In-depth knowledge of Part L and Part O regulations and methodologies.
• Proven track record in a consultancy environment with strong project leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced dynamic thermal simulation to evaluate energy performance, operational energy use and thermal comfort.
• Oversee compliance testing and verification for Part L and Part O of Building Regulations.
• Deliver TM59 and TM54 assessments for residential and design-stage evaluations.
• Manage client relationships, present energy strategies to design teams and developers, ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior and mid-level consultants, review IES models, and uphold technical standards across deliverables.
• Advise clients on decarbonisation pathways and net-zero operational strategies.
