Qualifications

• Leadership experience as a technical lead in engineering.
• Deep embedded software skills: C/C++, RTOS, MATLAB/Simulink.
• Experience applying Agile and SOLID to safety-critical systems.
• Regulatory/quality exposure: IEC 62304, ISO 13485; static analysis, tests.
• ARM Cortex-M/A development and electronics schematic familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end embedded software lifecycle and CM/release controls.
• Hands-on design of control loops and real-time multithreaded apps.
• Translate specs into executable architectures with UML/SOLID.
• Modernize toolchains, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
• Collaborate with hardware, systems, and regulatory teams.
• Manage resources, sprint planning, and mentorship.
