Job summary

Redline Group Ltd is seeking a Principal Electronics & Embedded Software Engineer to lead architectural decisions for innovative medical and technology products, taking ideas from concept through to manufacture.

You will head multidisciplinary teams, own product architectures, and drive development across electronics and embedded software, with exposure to regulated markets and international clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, prototyping, and testing electronic circuits and systems.
• Embedded software development in C/C++.
• Experience across the product development lifecycle from concept to manufacture.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop electronics and embedded software for diverse and complex new products.
• Lead the integration of electromechanical product designs through to manufacture and production transfer.
• Take technical ownership of product architecture from concept generation through to launch.
• Deliver technical progress to clients and, over time, lead multidisciplinary project teams.
• Contribute to requirements definition, specification development, schematic capture, PCB layout, hardware bring-up, debugging, and product validation.
• Support project planning, resourcing, and leadership activities.
• Build strong client relationships and support the conversion of new opportunities into commercial contracts.
