Beeby Anderson Recruitment seeks a Principal/Associate Electrical Engineer for an award-winning consultancy. You will join a creative team delivering innovative electrical and building services solutions for challenging buildings, in the UK and internationally.

Working with the Team Leader, you will manage client relations, develop reports and specifications, and lead electrical design on large projects while guiding junior staff. The role offers hybrid working and exposure to notable schemes.

Formación

• Excellent technical knowledge in Electrical Design Engineering for building services
• Experience with standards and codes in building services
• Ability to lead and mentor project teams
• Strong report writing and client-facing communication

Responsabilidades

• Lead electrical design on large projects and oversee MEP on smaller schemes
• Prepare fee proposals and deliver refurbishment/upgrades from inception to completion
• Produce reports, specifications and project guidance for clients
• Conduct condition surveys and develop feasible studies for electrical infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with UK and EU regulations and design guides
• Manage project teams and host internal meetings
• Support career development of junior staff
• Maintain high quality and accuracy across deliverables
• Report cost and resource needs to the team leader
