Job summary

Wates is seeking a Principal Digital Construction Manager to lead regional digital construction delivery and governance. You will shape the division's digital engineering strategy, oversee a team of digital professionals and ensure data-led delivery across multiple major projects.

You'll drive adoption of modern digital delivery methods, collaborate with design, operations and technical teams, and champion continuous improvement and innovation across the business.

• Experience with BIM and information management leadership.
