Job summary

Wates Smartspace in Leeds is seeking a Digital Construction Manager to lead digital construction and BIM strategy across projects. You will work closely with design, commercial and site delivery teams to improve information management and adopt best-in-class digital tools.

The role requires strong BIM/ISO19650 knowledge, effective stakeholder engagement, and a proactive, collaborative approach to drive digital delivery across medium to large construction schemes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Digital Construction Manager, BIM Manager or similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes, information management and ISO 19650 standards.
• Experience working with Common Data Environments and industry-leading digital platforms.
• Experience supporting digital delivery on medium to large construction projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence teams and drive adoption of digital ways of working.
• A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
• Relevant construction, digital construction or information management qualifications are desirable.

We are looking for a Digital Construction Manager to join our team, based out of Leeds, supporting the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of construction projects across the region.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving digital innovation and transforming project delivery through the effective implementation of digital construction processes, BIM methodologies and information management systems.
