Job summary

Knightwood Associates in Central London seeks an Architect or Design Manager to undertake Principal Designer duties under the Building Safety Act. You will help manage design risk and compliance across project lifecycles, collaborating with clients and design teams on HRB and non-HRB projects.

The role emphasises regulatory understanding, CDM compliance, and strong communication. You will work within a seasoned team delivering design governance and information management across RIBA Stages 2-6.

Qualifications

• Chartered Architect (ARB registered).
• Experience with Principal Designer role.
• Strong knowledge of Building Safety Act and regulatory environment.
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations and design risk management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with clients and teams.

Responsibilities
