Are you a senior delivery professional with a strong background in healthcare or public sector transformation? We’re working with a UK-headquartered digital consultancy that’s consistently ranked among the country’s best employers, known for its people-first culture, flexible working, and delivery of high-impact technology programmes across government and healthcare.
This is a newly created opportunity for a Principal Delivery Manager to lead high-value, multi-workstream healthcare programmes that drive meaningful change. You'll provide strategic leadership across complex engagements, ensuring effective governance, high-quality delivery, and measurable outcomes for users.
What you’ll be doing:
• Leading the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programmes in the healthcare space, managing risk, scope and long-term value.
• Acting as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders (Director and CxO level), shaping delivery plans and influencing future priorities.
• Driving growth across accounts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to bid strategy and execution.
• Supporting and developing multidisciplinary teams, championing a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Working closely with delivery and resourcing teams to balance capacity and capability across your portfolio.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-million-pound digital delivery programmes in the healthcare or wider public sector.
• Strong background in agile delivery, with a deep understanding of best practice in governance, assurance, and risk management.
• Commercial awareness, with the ability to forecast, manage budgets and deliver on financial targets.
• A confident communicator with experience building long-term client relationships at senior levels.
• A collaborative leader who actively supports and empowers teams to deliver high performance.
• Previous involvement in healthcare transformation for national bodies.
• Experience contributing to public sector bids and shaping delivery proposals.
• Recognised delivery certifications (Agile, Prince2, MSP, etc.)
This is an exciting opportunity to join a consultancy where your voice is heard, your growth is supported, and your work creates tangible impact in a sector that matters.
