Frazer-Nash Consultancy is seeking a P3M Principal Consultant to lead delivery of complex, high-value defence programmes across maritime, aerospace and related sectors. The role requires strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement at executive level, and the ability to shape programmes from bid through delivery.

You will work in a flexible hybrid pattern across the office, client sites and home, with opportunities to influence UK defence capability and work with major OEMs and international

Qualifications

• Extensive defence aerospace or maritime sector knowledge with executive-level stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with Air programmes such as GCAP, Typhoon, P-8.
• Background in high-pressure operational delivery environments and UK defence OEMs.

Responsabilités

• Support business development activities with Business Managers.
• Develop services and market presence aligned to the company strategy.
• Manage bids and direct work across bid/project teams.
• Oversee large, complex defence projects across the domain.
• Provide engineering leadership and mentor early-career engineers.
