You will work within a flexible hybrid pattern across office, client sites, and home working in the UK. The role demands experience managing high-value programmes, supporting business development, and guiding multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Visionary delivery-focused leader with defence/aerospace or maritime sector knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder engagement including executives.
• Experience delivering complex, high-value defence programmes.

Responsibilities

• Support business development activities with Business Managers.
• Develop services and a market presence aligned with the company’s strategy.
• Manage bids, directing work on bids by technical staff across all levels.
• Manage large and complex projects across your defence domain.
• Provide engineering knowledge and leadership, defining strategies for live projects.
