Job summary

Frazer-Nash Consultancy in Portsmouth is seeking a Senior Consultant - Capability Delivery Partner to lead and deliver large, complex programmes across defence, energy, transport and central government sectors. The role combines leadership with hands‑on delivery and PMO support.

This hybrid position offers a salary of £65,000 to £72,000 per year and requires experience in P3M delivery, Royal Navy/Marines backgrounds preferred, and the ability to work across multi‑partner environments while

Qualifications

• Experience in Royal Navy, preferably Royal Marines.
• Communications/Information background.
• Familiarity with classified information handling environments.
• Experience working across multi-partner delivery environments.
• Experience in Project Management / P3M Delivery in Defence, Energy, Transport, or Government sectors.
• Practical knowledge of PM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large and complex programmes within a team.
• Embed within a client team to deliver projects or programmes.
• Work across varied industries, facing new challenges and learning opportunities.
• Provide project management or PMO advice to clients.
• Support design, implementation, and operation of PMOs across the P3M spectrum.
