Frazer-Nash Consultancy is seeking a Senior Consultant for Mission Engineering & Operational Analysis, based in Bristol or Portsmouth with hybrid working. You will lead analytical projects, engage with clients and SMEs, and mentor teammates to grow capability.

Ideal candidates will bring experience in Defence/National Security, systems thinking and a proven ability to deliver complex analyses that inform decisions. Hybrid working and security screening apply.

Qualifications

• Lead the technical delivery of analytical/operational activities in Defence or National Security.
• Experience designing analytical methods, delivery plans and assurance activities.
• Experience working with customers and military subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Mission Engineering projects and develop new business.
• Collaborate with customers, military SMEs, analysts and engineers to apply structured analytical approaches.
• Manage day-to-day delivery and become a trusted lead for Mission Engineering tasks.
