Job summary

Capgemini Invent’s frog Data team seeks a Managing Consultant with strong Generative AI and LLM expertise to shape AI-driven customer experiences. You’ll work across CX analytics, strategy, activation and personalization, analytics, insights, and data science to deliver transformative solutions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage RFP/RFIs, draft SOWs, and cost engagements while guiding client negotiations and project delivery. London-based with flexible assignment locations.

Qualifications

• Expert in building and evaluating Generative AI solutions and LLMs for multiple use cases.
• Hands-on CX data analytics including marketing, commercial or product analytics.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with cloud platforms for ML projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through AI/ML POCs to production-grade solutions.
• Strong client-facing communication and data-driven storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of AI/ML projects from scoping to successful execution.
• Manage client relationships and negotiate engagements and SOWs.
• Mentor and develop team members across project stages.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to solve business challenges with data & AI.
