Qualifications

• Expert in building and evaluating Generative AI & LLM solutions.
• Hands-on CX data analytics across marketing, web, loyalty.
• Experience owning AI/ML deliverables from MVP to production.
• Proficient in Python for data science and ML tasks.
• Familiar with Power BI or Tableau for data visuals.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Interest in latest AI/data science advancements with ethical awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own data science and AI workstreams, including planning and delivery.
