Job summary

Finastra seeks an experienced professional to join its Core Banking team as a Business Analyst/Product Analyst type role. You will address enhancement requests, shape new capabilities, and influence product roadmaps while supporting complex client issues and delivering scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes deep Core Banking expertise, stakeholder management, and analytical problem solving to drive business outcomes in a global fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Equation Core Banking platform.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Specialist, or SME in Financial Technology.
• Strong understanding of Core Banking products, operations, and processes.
• Expertise in deposits, lending, customer account management, servicing, or related banking domains.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• A naturally analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer enhancement requests and determine whether solutions exist, can be configured, or require new development.
• Define and shape new capabilities across Core Banking domains.
• Partner with Product Management to influence strategy and roadmap priorities.
• Support Customer Success and Support teams with complex client issues and investigations.
• Produce high-quality functional specifications, business requirements, processes, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, and Implementation teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor on Core Banking functionality, industry trends, and best practices.
• Lead AI-enabled transformation across teams by driving automation and better decision-making.
