Job Description:

We have been asked to carry out some specific high-profile recruitment for one of our large clients based just outside of Reading. They are seeking 2 Senior Contract Managers, who will be responsible for large and complex infrastructure projects.

The role will entail managing a team of up to 8 and providing commercial and contract performance leadership to the project team, as well as managing the commercial risk and delivery of the project.

You will drive, implement, and execute category management, strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management to deliver the capital infrastructure project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have the following:

  1. Contract leadership skills - expert NEC or FDIC
  2. Experience managing large projects (budgets in excess of £10 million)
  3. Supplier relationship management experience - working at C-Suite and Executive levels
  4. Team leadership experience - previous experience managing teams
  5. Business / Project leadership experience
