Responsibilities / Position overview

We seek a HEOR and HTA experienced consulting professional to join our growing HEOR Consulting team as a Principal Consultant, serving as a strategic partner to clients.

The Principal Consultant will lead complex, multi-disciplinary HEOR/HTA/Market Access projects, including global evidence development, health technology appraisals (HTAs), and reimbursement programs. They will act as a strategic, trusted partner, advising on activities and deliverables, overseeing project delivery, leading teams, and contributing to project strategy and review. The role also involves business development activities such as project scoping, proposal, and budget development.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in HEOR or market access, preferably in consultancy, HTA agency, or pharmaceutical sector
• Excellent communication skills adaptable to different audiences and stakeholders
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams, strategy, and delivering within timelines, scope, and budget
• Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Skills in mediation, negotiation, problem-solving, and risk mitigation in market access decisions
• Experience leading UK/EU HTA submissions and/or market access/HEOR projects (preferred)
• Understanding of UK and/or European HTA processes (preferred)
• Line management experience (preferred)
