You will develop and manage programmes, review progress, assess risks, and provide clear insights to multidisciplinary teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in construction planning and programme development.
• Ability to translate complex information into deliverable delivery plans.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with cross-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed construction programmes and schedules from first principles.
• Apply planning expertise across design, construction and delivery stages.
• Review progress, maintain programmes and forecast time and cost outcomes.
• Identify risks, constraints and interfaces; develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare clear constructability and progress reports for teams and stakeholders.
• Create visual planning tools to communicate sequencing and interfaces.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop robust delivery strategies.
• Utilize Primavera P6 and related planning tools with cost/resource loading.
• Provide specialist planning advice to inform delivery decisions.
