Job summary

Gold Group Limited in Oxford (Hybrid) seeks an experienced Lead Planner to lead the planning function on a major £200m infrastructure project. You will own the construction programme, drive schedule performance and coordinate with senior stakeholders on a high-value delivery.

The role requires advanced Primavera P6 skills, NEC contracts expertise and the ability to work with the Project Director and delivery teams to manage risks and opportunities. A clear path for career growth is offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive planning experience in UK main contracting environment.
• Proven track record delivering major infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning function on a major £200m infrastructure project.
• Develop, manage and maintain the project construction programme using Primavera P6.
• Work closely with the Project Director, site team and senior stakeholders to drive programme performance.
• Identify programme risks, delays and opportunities, developing mitigation strategies.
• Provide detailed programme analysis and reporting to support key project decisions.
• Coordinate planning activities across engineering, construction, commercial and design teams.
• Ensure programme requirements are aligned with NEC contract obligations.
