Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in London is seeking a Principal Terraform Cloud Engineer to lead data pipelines, AI/ML integration, and cloud cost management solutions. You will drive end-to-end data engineering, model development, and platform feature work within CBRE's FinOps program.

You will design scalable ELT/ETL pipelines, modular data components, and production-grade microservices, collaborating with analytics, cloud engineers, and platform teams to deliver cost intelligence at scale.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building data pipelines and AI/ML solutions for cloud FinOps.
• Hands-on data engineering with ELT/ETL, lakehouses, and data warehouses.
• Experience delivering models into production in a cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ELT/ETL pipelines ingesting billing and usage data from multiple clouds.
• Develop modular data transformation components and reusable data assets.
• Build microservices/APIs to expose FinOps data and AI capabilities.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models for cost anomaly detection and forecasting.
• Apply MLOps practices: versioning, retraining, monitoring, drift detection.
• Enforce data governance, lineage, security, and RBAC for cost data.
