Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Principal Clinical Psychologist to lead and develop the Staff Psychology service for Beds & Luton. You will work with the Head of Service to implement local diabetes strategy, align with national standards and drive quality improvement across the service.

You will contribute to policy development, supervise and advise on clinical practice, and support staff wellbeing and service development in partnership with colleagues and management.

Responsabilités

• Utilise research, audit, and quality improvement activities to inform service development.
• Advise on policy changes in partnership with professional and service managers.
