Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Principal Clinical Psychologist to lead and develop the Staff Psychology service for Beds & Luton. You will work with the Head of Service to implement local diabetes strategy, align with national standards and drive quality improvement across the service.

You will contribute to policy development, supervise and advise on clinical practice, and support staff wellbeing and service development in partnership with colleagues and management.

Principal Clinical Psychologist Staff Psychology (Beds & Luton)

Also the post holder will : Work closely with the Clinical Health Psychology Services Head of Service for Luton and Bedfordshire to facilitate implementation of local diabetes strategy and adhere to national standards appropriate to the health and social care setting, contributing to strategic planning of the service. Utilise research skills for research, audit, and to contribute to quality improvement, policy and service development Advise on and contribute to policy changes within the post-holders areas of responsibility, in partnership with professional and service manager For further information please refer to the attached JD&PS
