Ealing CAMHS is looking for a 0.80 WTE Principal Clinical Psychologist (Band 8b) to join our friendly, supportive, and experienced multi-disciplinary specialist mental health service within our Adolescent Team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled and innovative clinician who can take a leading role within our services using a creative and dynamic approach. The role offers the chance to combine clinical work with joining other Principal Clinical Psychologists and the Consultant Clinical Psychologist in providing leadership and supervision of Psychology and Psychology-related professionals within our community and specialist teams. The successful candidate will support and implement our commitments to staff wellbeing, manageable job plans, and provide opportunities for staff development.
You will be committed to ensuring that the service is accessible and effective, joining a welcoming senior psychology team in West London focused on service improvement and valuing diversity. You will offer a high-quality psychology service to young people, families, and carers, while collaborating effectively with colleagues and liaising with other professionals in the network.
