This role involves leading psychological services within Here for You, providing high-quality, evidence-based psychological interventions to staff, and supporting service development and evaluation. The position requires delivering assessments, interventions, and consultations, as well as supervising and leading psychology staff.

Responsibilities include:

1. Deputising for the Clinical Lead as required.
2. Maintaining high standards of care in line with professional and Trust policies.
3. Planning and delivering a specialist psychology service for staff support.
4. Leading supervision and contributing to staff performance reviews.
5. Developing policies, protocols, and care pathways.
6. Addressing the needs of people with protected characteristics.
7. Providing expert psychological assessments, interventions, and consultations.
8. Leading clinical audits and research.
9. Fostering innovative and collaborative team culture.
