Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Civil/Structural engineer to lead complex projects across UK sites. You will apply Eurocodes to heavy industrial structures, plan deliverables, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities include bid preparation, client liaison, and contributing to safety culture and quality systems. Hybrid working and flexible patterns are available in the UK.

Qualifications

• Good all-round technical design expertise using British/Eurocodes, ideally in heavy industrial scale structures.
• Proven ability to manage projects and preparation of project deliverables, including managing quality, budget, programme and resources.
• Proven ability in preparation of bids and proposals, and developing good working relationships with clients

• Provision of technical quality and excellence of project deliverables
• Providing technical and professional guidance, support and development of more junior engineers and technicians
