Job summary

Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd in the UK is seeking a Principal Civil/Structural Engineer to lead complex design packages across civil and structural disciplines. The role offers remote/hybrid working and a 35-hour week on site at required locations, with 1-2 days per week in Oxfordshire or Warrington.

You will provide technical leadership across the design lifecycle, manage interfaces between civil and structural works, and ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Experience in designing highly complex civil/structural infrastructure projects.
• Chartered status or working towards Chartered status in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of civil/structural design regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical design packages across civil/structural workstreams.
• Provide design assurance and review subcontracted design work.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to integrate designs within facility layouts.
