Job summary

BakerHicks is seeking a Principal Civil or Structural Engineer for our Bristol office. You will lead design delivery, act as technical lead, and contribute to developing our Civil & Structural capability in the region.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, review complex projects, and mentor engineers while driving successful tenders and project delivery. A Chartered status and UK security clearance eligibility are expected.

Qualifications

• Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer status required.
• Extensive design consultancy experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects.
• Ability to lead, review and guide multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Civil & Structural design delivery across multiple projects.
• Act as technical lead and reviewer for relevant projects.
• Mentor and develop engineers within the Bristol team.
• Support tenders, fee estimates and project delivery.
