BakerHicks is seeking an experienced Associate-level Civil & Structural Engineer to join the Bristol office and build the region’s capability. You will lead project delivery, mentor engineers, and contribute to tendering and portfolio growth while working with a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.

Chartered status and strong leadership are essential to help establish a high-performing Bristol team and secure security clearance in line with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer with leadership experience.
• Strong technical knowledge across civil/structural design.
• Experience leading projects and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Civil & Structural design delivery for Bristol projects.
• Help establish and develop the civil/structural capability in Bristol.
• Provide technical leadership, design reviews and assurance.

Education

Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer, CEng MICE or MIStructE
