We’re seeking a Principal Civil Engineer to join our London team and lead the delivery of complex and high-impact civil engineering projects across the built environment. You’ll be at the forefront of sustainable infrastructure, applying engineering principles to deliver resilient, efficient, and buildable solutions.

As a technical leader, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept to completion, overseeing specifications, drawings, and contract documentation. You’ll ensure compliance with UK and international standards, integrating SuDS, highway design, and below-ground infrastructure into multidisciplinary designs. Your work will span commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage budgets, change control, and programme accuracy to achieve client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in civil and structural design with experience in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, NES, Cymap, and Microsoft Office.
  • Educational background: BSc/BEng or HND/HNC.
  • Ideally a member of MCIBSE or MIET; Chartered status or progress toward chartership is desirable.
