️ Principal Civil Engineer | Bristol

Hybrid working available | Office based in Bristol

We’re looking for a talented Principal Civil Engineer who’s ready to take the lead on exciting infrastructure projects in the South West.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing consultancy where your leadership and technical skills will drive the design and delivery of impactful developments, from concept through to construction.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading infrastructure design and taking full responsibility for project delivery

• Managing drainage, highways, and utility design for residential and commercial developments

• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and local authorities

• Mentoring junior engineers and shaping the future of the team

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in civil infrastructure design within the UK

• Confident leadership with a proactive, solution-focused mindset

• Chartered status (or working towards it) with a relevant professional body

• Solid understanding of planning processes and technical approvals (Section 38, 104, 278, SuDS)
