Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Chemical Engineering required.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive chemical engineering experience.
- Experience leading large-scale chemical projects.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop engineering talent.
- Strong knowledge of reaction engineering, thermodynamics, and mass transfer.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior technical leadership for major chemical engineering projects.
- Oversee design, development, and implementation of complex processes.
- Conduct advanced process modeling, simulation, and optimization.
