Job summary

Kensington Mortgages is seeking a Principal Business Analyst to lead complex business change and translate challenges into practical solutions that improve ways of working and support strategic priorities. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, project and product teams, guiding analysis from discovery through implementation, embedding measurable outcomes and ensuring commercial soundness.

Qualifications

Proven experience as Principal or Senior BA in financial services.
Experience leading analysis across large, complex or regulatory projects.
Strong business architecture and ability to align analysis with strategic goals.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis across complex business problems, shaping the approach and defining requirements.
Influence strategy, future operating models, processes, systems and capabilities.
Develop and maintain business architecture aligned to Kensington's strategic goals.
Build strong senior stakeholder relationships, prioritising business needs.
Lead workshops to define outcomes, user requirements, data needs and high-quality business requirements.
Support planning, estimation, impact assessment and change readiness across analysis, delivery and implementation.
Work with Change Management, Business Implementation and IT colleagues to ensure requirements are delivered and benefits realised.
