Join the RIBA Chartered Practice to lead design across rail stations and depots, airports, energy sectors and masterplanning, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust built environments.

Qualifications

• ARB & RIBA Chartered Architect with extensive design experience.
• Proven ability to produce designs and deliverables for complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience with BIM modelling using Revit is essential.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop / InDesign for presentations.
• Strong report and case study writing skills.
• Good command of MS Office and general software.
• Solid understanding of design principles and standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong, proactive project leadership across the design process.
• Produce designs and all deliverables (drawings, reports, schedules, calculations).
• Coordinate allocated tasks and guide in-house designers and partners.
• Liaise with architecture and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated designs.
• Manage input from partners and sub-contractors to client requirements.
• Take projects from conception to completion, including feasibility and development.
• Support resources and scheduling to meet targets and safety standards.
• Provide technical assistance to site personnel and review tender opportunities.
