Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Principal AI Transformation Consultant to lead AI-enabled workflow redesigns for CoCounsel and related Thomson Reuters solutions. You will work embedded with client teams, from discovery through rollout, focusing on adoption and measurable value.

You will advise executives on operating changes, shape opportunities with Sales and AI teams, and own the toughest decisions about scope, risk, and customer outcomes in complex, regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Organizational Transformation, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree or certs preferred.
• 10+ years in professional services, management consulting, transformation consulting, or complex AI/enterprise delivery.
• Experience leading complex workflow redesign, technology-enabled adoption, and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to advise executives, structure ambiguity, and translate strategy into practical plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation engagements from discovery through value realization.
• Advise senior leaders on priority AI-enabled workflows and needed operating changes.
• Shape opportunities from early discovery through delivery planning with Sales and specialist teams.
• Own the toughest calls on scope, commitments, and outcomes with the customer.
• Set adoption and activation strategy; diagnose stalled adoption and barriers to value realization.
• Establish value hypotheses, baselines, and evidence standards to match data with claims.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to turn technical possibility into practical workflow changes.
