Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior AI Transformation Consultant in Professional Services to lead AI-driven workflow changes within client teams. You will partner with sales, AI engineers, enablement, and product teams from initial conversations through rollout and measured value.

You will design practical changes, drive adoption, and measure outcomes across legal, tax, and trade workflows, ensuring responsible-use and governance are embedded in every engagement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is required; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• 5+ years in professional services, consulting, transformation, or complex AI delivery.
• Experience leading defined customer engagements or workstreams within scope and timelines.
• Experience assessing workflows and contributing to targeted workflow changes for tech-enabled outcomes.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management across business, legal, operational, technology, and end-user groups.
• Analytical ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative evidence and define actions.
• Understanding of change, adoption, AI capabilities/limitations, and responsible-use considerations in professional workflows.
• Clear communication and structured-writing skills with sound judgment in ambiguity and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Independently lead defined transformation engagements or workstreams across the lifecycle, managing plans and client communication.
• Conduct discovery through interviews, workshops, surveys, and usage data; synthesize diagnoses and next steps.
• Map current and future-state workflows and design practical, scoped improvement plans with adoption strategies.
• Capture baselines, analyze evidence, and prepare precise reporting on data support.
• Identify adoption barriers and implement practical recovery actions.
• Support responsible-use controls, including review steps and accountability for priority use cases.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to translate technical possibilities into usable workflow designs.
• Own quality and credibility of work; escalate to senior leaders when needed.
