Job summary

Reuters is seeking a Senior AI Transformation Consultant, Professional Services, to lead end-to-end AI-enabled transformations for CoCounsel and Thomson Reuters solutions. You will embed with client teams, drive discovery, design future-state workflows and measure impact using data and adoption metrics.

You will collaborate with Sales, AI engineers, enablement and product teams from initial conversations to rollout, ensuring high-quality deliverables and clear accountability for value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Organizational Transformation, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in professional services, consulting, transformation, change management, or enterprise AI delivery.
• Experience leading defined customer engagements or workstreams within scope, timelines and commercial expectations.
• Experience assessing professional workflows and contributing to targeted workflow changes that support tech-enabled outcomes.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management across business, legal, operational, technology, and end-user groups.
• Analytical ability to interpret evidence, establish success measures, and recommend actions.
• Understanding of change, adoption, AI capabilities and responsible-use considerations in professional workflows.
• Clear communication and structured writing, with good judgment in ambiguity and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead transformation engagements or bounded workstreams across the lifecycle, managing plans, workstreams and client communication.
• Conduct targeted discovery via interviews, workshops, surveys, and usage data; synthesize diagnoses and next steps.
• Map current and future-state workflows and develop practical plans for changes, adoption, risks and success measures.
• Capture baselines, analyze evidence, and prepare precise reports on data support.
• Identify adoption barriers and implement practical recovery actions.
• Support responsible-use controls with review steps, quality checks, and accountability.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to translate technical possibilities into usable workflows.
• Ensure quality and credibility of work and share learnings for team reuse.
