The role requires leading scalable design, governance, and collaboration across enterprise AI, data governance, and security teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience building distributed, production-grade software systems.
• Strong hands-on technologist with OO design and reusable components.
• Experience with AI/LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration.
• Ability to collaborate with product, data science, and business leaders.
• Familiarity with cloud tech (AWS, data platforms).

Responsibilities

• Design and scale a scalable AI platform for consulting products.
• Lead technical design, architecture, and implementation with stakeholders.
• Drive migration toward future state architecture and standards.
• Mentor engineers and define reusable assets across opportunities.
• Partner with product, sourcing, and engineering to shape opportunities.
• Evaluate ideas, market signals, and technology trends.
