The role requires collaboration with enterprise AI, data governance, security, compliance, and consulting teams to deliver scalable AI-enabled solutions across thousands of advisors and consultants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar role.
• Experience managing products, programs, or technology services.
• Ability to align customer needs with product roadmaps.
• Skilled at defining objectives, success metrics, and business outcomes.
• Experience translating customer use cases into prioritized, testable backlogs.
• Analyze ambiguous business challenges and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• End-to-end software delivery and customer onboarding experience.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, consultancy, vendors, and multiple locations.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and execution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform Analysis of existing work flows for advisory and consultancy projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business asks into technical requirements.
• Communicate requirements clearly to development teams.
• Ensure requirements support integration of LLMs, AI services, agent frameworks, and orchestration platforms.
• Identify dependencies and impacts of new development work.
• Work with engineering on software designs.
• Act as a technical consultant for Business Owners during implementation.
• Lead reviews of technical requirements.
• Support AI Adoption across the group with tools like Claude, CoPilot, CoWork.
