Job summary

Seer recruits for the AI and tech space from their base in the UK, seeking a Principal Consultant to lead business development initiatives. This role involves nurturing warm client desks, expanding relationships, and driving growth across hyper-scaling companies globally.

You will identify opportunities, pitch services, and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure exceptional client servicing while contributing to Seer’s growth strategy in a high-impact market.

Qualifications

• Proven BD/360 recruitment success, especially in AI or software spaces.
• Strong track record of winning and growing accounts.
• Willingness to work US hours is essential; prior US market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Map, identify, engage, pitch and win new clients within the AI space.
• Build and maintain a strong market presence through networking and events.
• Identify, pitch and win new contract business, positioning Seer as a strategic partner.
• Liaise with the delivery team to ensure collaboration and servicing to clients.
• Account manage clients, swiftly booking interviews and sharing feedback.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, workforce challenges, and emerging opportunities.
• Contribute to Seer’s broader growth strategy and market positioning.
