Job summary

SailPoint is recruiting a Principal Agentic Technologist to lead the UK market, shaping how organisations govern AI agents and non-human identities at scale. You will architect security-focused identity solutions, drive PoV engagements, and guide regional partner enablement while influencing product direction.

Residence in the United Kingdom is required; you will travel ~25-30% across the UK/EMEA, collaborating with global teams and customers to showcase SailPoint’s agentic identity security

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and building/s configuring agents interacting with cloud platforms and data.
• Experience with major cloud AI platforms and service integrations is required.
• Strong understanding of IGA/IAM principles including least privilege and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Pioneer the Identity Story in the UK and build technical assets showcasing Agentic/NHI security at scale.
• Lead complex opportunities from discovery through PoV and architecture design, driving value demonstrations.
• Present as SME at events, lead executive workshops, and enable global sales engineering teams.
