Job summary

• Proven leadership experience overseeing large teams and operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance of regional teams' functions, controls, and operating model.
• Translate priorities into execution plans across hubs and document risks.
• Track KRIs/KPIs and performance against objectives and priorities.
• Own hub performance, efficiency and risk, with accountability for outcomes.
• Lead readiness for new products, tech transformations and regulatory changes.
• Provide executive reporting on health, risks, trends, and improvements.
