Job summary
Citi Belfast is seeking a highly motivated IT professional to join the Prime Finance Production Services team. You will provide frontline support for critical Prime Applications, ensuring platform availability and rapid incident resolution.
Work with global partners across the UK, India, Hong Kong, US and Canada to drive stability, monitoring improvements, and effective change management. Hybrid role with up to 2 days at home, plus a competitive base salary and benefits.
Qualifications
- Experience with Unix/Linux, SQL, and financial messaging technologies.
- Knowledge of Securities Lending applications and trading support is a plus.
- Proficient in monitoring and automation tooling and batch schedulers.
- Understanding of regulatory mandates (SFTR, Dodd-Frank) is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct user support for Prime Applications and business issues.
- Develop and enhance monitoring solutions; onboard new systems for support.
- Drive stability, incident resolution, and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with global teams and ensure change management processes.
