Job summary

Citi Belfast is seeking an FX application support specialist to provide user support for a mission-critical trading system used by trading desks and operations. You will work across FX lifecycle processes, including pricing, settlements, and regulatory reporting, coordinating with global teams to ensure 24x7.5 coverage and weekend rotations.

Qualifications

Experience supporting mission-critical trading systems in a global market context.
Exposure to front-to-back FX trading lifecycle and regulatory reporting processes.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD).
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving.
Excellent communication and teamwork under time constraints.

Responsibilities

Provide user support for mission critical trading system used by trading desks and operations.
Support FX trade life cycle flows including position matching, pricing, client connectivity, trade executions, settlements, back office and regulatory reporting flows.
Perform start-of-day checks and continuous monitoring of the application and infrastructure across regions.
Raise problems to tech and business teams and maintain technical support documentation.
Participate in application releases and post-release checks; own support project items.
