Job summary

Citi Belfast is seeking a scalable FX application support professional to provide on-site coverage during EMEA hours and weekend rotations for the FX trading system. You will align with global teams to ensure 24x6.5 service, support critical pricing, settlement and regulatory reporting flows, and contribute to release cycles.

Qualifications

• Hands-on application support in a global market context.
• Proficiency building ad hoc SQL queries and navigating Unix systems.
• Exposure to cloud technologies, DevOps tooling and AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support for mission critical FX trading system used by trading desks and operations.
• Support FX trade life cycle flows including pricing, connectivity, settlements and regulatory reporting.
• Perform start-of-day checks and continuous monitoring of the app and infra.
• Raise problems to tech and business teams while following SLAs.
• Create and maintain technical support docs and participate in deployments.
