Job summary

The Howard Partnership Trust is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join Kenyngton Manor Primary School. The role involves supporting teachers with the development and education of pupils across the school, including those with special needs.

You will assist with 1-1 and group support, adapt teaching materials, monitor pupil progress under senior staff, and contribute to safeguarding and data protection duties in line with GDPR.

Qualifications

• Must be a confident communicator with good interpersonal and listening skills.
• Flexibility to support pupils across key stages and assist with 1-1 or group interventions.
• Ability to adapt teaching materials and monitor pupil progress under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers with development and education of pupils across the school, including those with special needs.
• Deliver 1-1 and group support/interventions and monitor pupil performance under senior staff guidance.
• Assist in delivering and evaluating programmes and safeguarding and data protection duties.
